Behind Bloom Again

I’ve never wanted a life that just looked good on paper. I wanted one that felt alive.

Driven by curiosity, I thrived in environments rich in movement and meaning: working on a farm, instructing skiing, and studying filmmaking. But returning to wedding photography season after season slowly pulled me under. The endless social overwhelm, masking, screen time, and perfectionism brought recurring burnout. I didn't want to choose between stability and feeling alive. I wanted a life that could hold both.

Then came a relationship where I hoped to finally feel safe. Instead, my nervous system was constantly pushed past its limits. My need for quiet recovery space was repeatedly misunderstood, trapping me in a cycle of over-explaining and self-doubt. I kept pushing through until my body completely collapsed.

As someone who had always been energetic, curious, and full of sunshine, I suddenly didn't recognize myself. A few days of rest couldn't fix this cellular depletion, and one of the hardest parts was fighting just to be taken seriously.

Getting diagnosed with AuDHD later in life finally put the pieces together. It helped me realize: I wasn't failing at life. I was trying to fit into ways of living that were never designed for my nervous system.

That realization became the heart of Bloom Again.

I built this space for ambitious, deeply feeling women who are tired of just "coping" with a life that asks too much of them. You don't need a formal diagnosis or another self-improvement rulebook to start taking your needs seriously. You just deserve a life that actually lets you root, grow, and bloom on your own terms.

Welcome to Bloom Again. I'm so glad you're here. 💛

Warmly,

Mira
